Plans: what each one includes

With Dommiva you never pay for essential features: all 13 modules are on every plan, Free included. You pay for the size of your community and for the support that comes with it.

Free — €0

The whole product. Up to 10 properties, 100 MB of documents, 1 administrator.

Pro — €12/month

Up to 30 properties, 5 GB, several administrators (the whole committee) and the read-only portal for residents.

Unlimited — €24/month

No caps, priority support in under 24 h and a full audit trail.

Changing plan

• Upgrading is immediate, from Settings → Your plan.
• Downgrading is handled with us: write to us from that same card, we talk through what to do with your data and we apply it together.
• No minimum term. If you pay for the year up front, two months are free.
