Get your building up and running in 10 minutes

The order matters: each step sets up the next one.

1. Create the properties

Go to Properties → Add property. For each one, enter the floor, the door and its ownership share (it is in the title deeds — the screen itself tells you where to find it). The table warns you if they do not add up to 100% between them.

2. Add the residents

In Residents → Add resident, put each person in their property. One person can own several properties, and one property can have several people — Dommiva handles that.

3. Publish your first notice

In Notices → New notice. With that, your building already has its noticeboard: no more WhatsApp threads that nobody can find again.

4. Issue this month's charges

In Service charges → Issue charges you pick the month and the amount (the same for everyone, or splitting a total by ownership share). From then on you just tick off who has paid.

With those four steps, the home dashboard already tells you everything that matters: what is outstanding, what has been collected and when the next meeting is.
