Handing over the chair, without the drama

The role rotates — and Dommiva is built for it. The handover is confirmed by both of you: nobody becomes administrator without accepting, and nobody stops being one by surprise.

How it works

1. The outgoing chair goes to Settings → Administrators → Transfer administration and picks the resident taking over. If they did not have access, it is created there and then.
2. The proposal appears in that resident's portal: nothing changes until they accept it.
3. When they accept, they become the administrator (landing straight on their new dashboard) and the outgoing chair stays on as a resident of their property.

The whole history — charges, minutes, expenses, issues — stays exactly where it is: it belongs to the community, not to the person. The handover is free on every plan: changing chair is a right, not a premium feature.
