Who sees what

• Each community is a sealed compartment: nobody from outside can see anything of yours.
• The chair (administrator) manages it; there can be several of them on the paid plans.
• The resident with access can only read — and of the charges, only their own.

Protection

• Encrypted sessions and passwords stored as hashes (never in the clear).
• GDPR compliance: for residents' data, Dommiva acts as the processor and the community as the controller (it is all set out in our privacy policy).
• Daily backups.

Your data is yours

If you ever leave, you take your information with you — ask us for it and we hand it over in a readable format. No holding it hostage, no small print.
