Giving residents access (their own portal)

With the Pro and Unlimited plans, every resident can have their own portal: they see the notices, the meetings, the documents, the expenses and their charges (never anyone else's) — and they also take part: they vote from their phone whenever you open a vote, book common areas and report issues to you. What they cannot do is touch the management side: that is yours alone.

How to give access

In Residents, press Grant access next to the resident. Dommiva creates their user and shows you the password once only — copy it and pass it on. If they lose it, revoke the access and create it again.

If that person already used Dommiva (in another community, for example), no new password is created: your community simply appears in their switcher, under the account they already have.

Why it is worth it

Transparency removes half the chair's workload: the resident who can look at the accounts does not ring you up to ask about them. And participation removes the other half: the notice reaches them by email, the issue reaches you properly logged (not in the hallway), and at the meeting everyone votes from their phone while the result calculates itself.
